Corporate History
Founding

Being the sole employee of Radcom, Richard Raadt (pronounced RAD), he ran the company by selling by day, and installing by night, with service by appointment. In the followign year Radcom saw growth and became a certified agent for Progressive Concepts, a Southwestern Bell Company, and a certified dealer for the Comdial Corporation.
LBJ Freeway Location and The End of The 80's
By the next year, 1988, Radcom had seen enough growth and new employment that an
office space would be required. At this time Radcom moved to its now old location, at 9221 LBJ Freeway, between Abrams Road and Greenville Avenue. In 1989 Radcom added the Intertel Premier phone to their product line. With this addition the 80's ended with a bang as Radcom was awarded the 'Top Producer Award' from the Southwestern Bell Telephone Company
